北港溪溫泉山莊 Bei Guang River Hot Spring Villa consist of Villas, camp ground, BBQ and hot spring spa. The camp area is rather clean, all the camp spots are facing the river and they have different area for BBQ and camping. The electrical outlets are at the BBQ area, a long extension wire will be needed atleast 25 meters. Washing point are also located in the BBQ area.
There is a sky bridge which extends from the main office to the hot spring spa area. Morning walk was relaxing but in the evening, spiders will start webbing across the bridge.
Overall this is a nice camping area however we were annoyed with their early loud speaker music. In the evening there were people coming over to the villa and Karaoke till 10pm. There was even a bus load of Chinese tourist came in the evening and stayed over the Villas and used the Hot Spring Spa.

This was a camping trip with Fans from Camping in Taiwan. There was another family suppose to be with us. They had arrived 2 days earlier but somehow were dampen by last few days rain and left early.
So we were left with Dax, Mare, Cary and us. Cary had just arrived from US came to visit his brother and they were going round Taiwan sight seeing. This camping trip was part of the package.
In the evening we made a Cobb Asian Mix Smoked Chicken and everyone loves it. Cary who was a hunter and seasoned smoker said the chicken was simply amazing. Yeah...it was marinated for 3 nights. We went on chatting and drinking the night away.
Dax's group took off the next day but we went on camping for another night. Overall we enjoyed this camp area and ended up camping 3 days here. There is one spot that we found it was the best place, away from the morning calls and Karaoke, right at the end of the camp ground.
