This is a very nice waist pack for everyday carry (EDC) or a short hike. It has a capacity of 3.5lts enough to store your EDC items. What I like about the pack, it has 2 side mesh pockets to carry water bottles or snack. However it is large enough for 16oz Nalgene bottle, the 32oz will never fit in.
Outside the pack there is a elastic pull cord ideal to carry rain gear, gloves etc. The 2 inch waist belt feels comfortable and it is easy to buckle. The back on the pack is padded and it doesn't feel warm when you carry it.
The interior main compartment has a small zipper pocket to store smaller items
The outer smaller zipper pocket is padded, ideal to store your phone or iPod and it has a conceal hole for your headphone
Modification made to the pack
I sewn a length of nylon strap on each side on the waist belt
The idea is to strap my DIY camera and tool pouches for easy access
Also added a carry strap
