We decided to visit this campsite through a recommendation from our fan on facebook. From the websites and blogs that campers have been there, it look like a great family camping area especially during this hot Summer season. When we were there, the camp area looks different and a little under maintained.
The camp area is rather big, there is a shop for wet suit shopping, cafe and there are 2 pools in this camping site, one being a spa pool and another which is nearer to the beach was under maintenance at the time we were there.
There are few activities you can do beside swimming in the pool, have a stroll down the small beach, watch sunset from the horizon, observe hermit crabs or go snorkelling at the beach.
The bathing facilities is clean and there is a supply of hot water for shower. At the campsite, the power point outlet supply is limited, so far we located only 3 locations with power outlet, one in the sail house and 2 nearer to the pool. It is recommended that you have at least 20 to 30 meters of cable extension cord if you plan to have power supply.
This will also be a great bike touring camping stop during Summer. You have the spa pool to cool and relax your body, have a nice cold beer and watch a breezy sunset.
