This carpark campsite is free for all, so first come first served. It is located beside the river but there is no way of getting down to there. Previously there was a trail nearby with waterfall, BaiYang trail but is currently closed due to landside. There is nothing fantastic in this camp area just a place for you to put up a night if the campsite at HeLiu is full. Honestly I would prefer to camp here, park your car or scooter which I met a guy from Taichung doing just that and unload your camp stuff right beside your vehicle.
the tent belong to a guy on a scooter from Taichung and there is an elderly guy who spent his time camping in his jeep for the last 3 days.
the toilet is clean and well maintained
the one and only shower with no hot water in Men washroom

Do note at the time of our visit, the Bai Yang trail is currently close due to landslide
