Longmen is one of the better campsite in Taiwan, they provide various form of camping from RV, platform and even cabins. There are hot water showers, BBQ pits, wooden tables / benches and even power supply for RV campers. The campsite is really huge and can accommodate up to 1000 people.
There are various activities around the area. To the north of the campsite there is a red suspension bridge or take a walk to the beautiful Fulong beach. To the east you will find the Fulong visitor center where you can find information about the area. If you have a bicycle, bike around the area since there are bike path laid out. Otherwise you can hike to the historical Caoling trail.

During this trip I started to find that this campsite rather expensive. First we would need to pay for our car entry fee and entry fee for each person. The camp ground with car parking or RV camp ground cost NTD1000 and normal camp ground cost NTD800 however we did get a discount of NTD150 if you use your own tent.
Each RV camp ground were limited to one tent, extra tent you would have to pay additional NTD500 for each sleeping tent. There are other host of activities that you would need to pay too. At this rate.... I would rather stay in a Motel. This camp ground is best suited for big groups but if you are just alone, I think it is better you avoid it.
you can park your car beside the camp ground but at a price
our over night home
there is power supply but not on every camp ground
another camp area without parking space
in-house RV camping
one of the toilets
sink area
shower area
washing area
at the camp center, mini-mart to the right and drink kiosk to the left
nice pool but you will need to pay to use
vendor machine and hot/cold water dispenser

camp area are not allow to use charcoal BBQ but gas BBQ is allowed and you can rent it from them. However I decided to use my Dragonfly stove to stone bake the chicken.
